Hello Mark: I just wanted to say that our new Miele dishwasher
was delivered a few minutes ago. It will have to sit here at the house for about
a week but that is O.K. The local approved, factory Miele warranty/repair company
is scheduled to do the installation on Tuesday, April 13. We look forward to using

a Miele White Pearl vacuum a couple of weeks ago form your company. This was my
first Internet purchase and I was not sure who I was dealing with, but after talking

our Beam central vacuum. We expected to have to pay big bucks even if we could
find the parts. We were very pleased when we found the replacement

July 26, 2000 I ordered a complete Beam 199 system on 24
July 2000 at 12:30PM from "Rudy Vega". Total cost $909.95. Mr. Vega said that
the shipment would be sent on the 24th. I just checked with UPS through your web
site and indeed three packages are in route to me. It could
not have been easier. Mr. Vega very patiently answered all of my questions and
recommended the most cost effective solution for my needs. I had researched the
market, and your site and sales rep made the best offer--I ordered on the spot.

I bought a Beam Classic III from you a couple of years ago. It has been
great. Suddenly it has VERY little suction. At first I though something may have
clogged the hose. This is not the problem. Even when I attach the hose at the
power unit, it seems weak. I emptied the canister and even shop vac'd the area
around the filter. The motor sounds fine. Is there anything you can suggest I
have missed. The filter is "self cleaning" so I doubt that is it. Any ideas would

thought of a vacuum leak! Yes, I found a connection that had come loose. I have
an unfinished basement and it was easy to find. I had "rigged" an unusual fitting

excellent. My business was a choice between you and a competitors web site. Your
website tipped the scales in your favor. Specifically, the information you post

me so much information without requiring me to actually buy anything. Then, when

After sending just an e-mail to let you know, and asking what we should do next,

few years back I bought a Beam central vac system from you and it has been absolutely
wonderful!! I installed it myself and it really wasn't too difficult. I even did
the 'toe kick' inlet in the kitchen as well as the muffler going to the outside
vent. Meanwhile
my brother-in-law, and another good friend of mine (never having heard of Beam)
both bought Electrolux systems. Both of them have had breakdowns several times...............I
guess name recognition still means something, but not quite enough in this case.
Anyway........... As you see, I've placed an order with you via your secure site.
I was hoping that you would have some sort of package price on the attachments
and hose. Please let me know if this is the case.

this order yesterday and wanted to write a quick thank you. First let me say it
is refreshing in this day and age to come across a company that is so customer
service focused. I had questions about updating B&D Valves to newer universals.
Mark Wilbrandt was courteous,
knowledgeable and quick to come up with a solution that would not require breaking
into my walls. I requested that a fax of the instructions for this be sent before
